Adult Dogs Show The New Puppy How The Doggy Door Works, And Their Efforts Are All The Mentors In This World

Adult Dogs Show The New Puppy How The Doggy Door Works, And Their Efforts Are All The Mentors In This World

Having a great mentor helps youngsters find their way in life. It’s true for dogs as it is for humans, and we’re loving this household’s dog mentors.

These adult dogs just welcomed a newcomer into the fold, and as expected, there was stuff the young puppy didn’t know yet. An example is the small furball’s inexperience with the doggy door.

The puppy didn’t know what it was for, much less how it works. Even so, the youngster did its best, standing by the doggy door and observing everything the older ones did.

The adult dogs must have gotten tired of watching the puppy’s uncertain movements. One by one, the resident dogs used the doggo door, effectively showing the puppy how it works.

The young pet was only able to catch a glimpse of how it all went down the first time. Fortunately, its older siblings didn’t stop their demonstration there.

They quickly filed and went through the pet door again, and this time, the puppy was right there with them. The first two dogs got out first, and the third dog waited for the puppy to make its move.

The young rascal was still obviously bamboozled, so the remaining adult dog pushed the pet flap open. That gave the rookie puppy enough confidence to push through, squeezing its body to get out.

Thank goodness for mentors who have all the patience in the world to teach us what newbies need to know. This new puppy is fortunate to be in the presence of more experienced and patient dogs.

Sure, we’re confident this puppy will figure things out on its own, but it would have taken a long time. The guidance these older dogs displayed gives us hope for future dog generations.

We salute you for helping your new sibling out. We’re sure that puppy’s grateful for all your assistance!
