Pitbull Scolds Its Owner For Arriving Home So Late And We Can’t Help But Be Amused

Pitbull Scolds Its Owner For Arriving Home So Late And We Can’t Help But Be Amused

Paquita Gillis April 15, 2023

Remember how our parents are usually waiting for us on the front porch or by the front door because we were late getting home? They also had a lecture in store for us to remind us that we should make sure that we go home when we’re supposed to.

This seemed to be the case with this pitbull. The only difference is that the pitbull is the one waiting for its fur parent to come home.

Meet Roxy, a California Pit Bull Terrier. She abhors the cold, loathes waking up in the morning, and dislikes it when her owner, John Sepuvleda, comes home late.

In November 2013, Sepuvleda shared a video of the adorable Pit Bull that showed her reaction to his late arrival home. Roxy showed her owner how much she missed him upon his return from work and how anxious she was because he still had not returned home during his usual time of arrival.

The Pit Bull missed her father so badly that she couldn’t stop wagging her tail and couldn’t contain her joy, causing her to pace back and forth throughout their home. Roxy laid down on the floor immediately before her father asked her if she missed him.

Roxy appeared to understand the question and began making loud noises. The Pit Bull was extremely upfront about her emotions. It appeared that she wished to express how much she missed her owner and nag him about returning home late. This was clear from the dog’s pacing and howling.

Roxy lives in a very affectionate and loving environment, as seen in her interactions with her human. She also wants to always be with her owner and that is why she definitely felt anxious when her owner did not come home at the time that he was supposed to.
