Growing children have a remarkable ability to absorb knowledge. The age of two to six years old is the developmental stage– the best time to teach children numbers, language, and basic skills. A child can learn and absorb a lot of information during this time so, parents and adults definitely need to be good role models to them.
Teaching pets to do some tricks has its similarities with teaching kids tasks and discipline. This curious developing toddler understands this, as she observes her parents training their Great Dane.
The two-year-old girl stands dauntlessly in front of their huge family dog.
The spotted Great Dane and the cute toddler are the stars of the viral video. Despite the size difference, the kid stood in front of the dog while holding a doggy treat. She was not intimidated by the dog’s triple size!
The parents know that their dog is a compassionate and obedient one. The toddler waved the tasty reward in front of the dog’s face, leaving him confused, but his gaze remained fixed on the meal. She was giggling as she watched the dog’s head moved up and down.
As she proceeds to wave the reward in her hand, the kid yelled out at him to sit. The dog cannot understand what she was saying. It is either because she was speaking so fast or because his attention was on the food she was holding.
The child’s commands received no reaction compared to what when her parents do it. She realized she couldn’t give up on trying to make things work on the spur of the moment.
While shooting the entire wonderful scene, the mother intervenes to encourage her little kid to try it again. The tiny trainer followed, waving the treat once more and repeating the order to sit.
To their surprise, the Great Dane finally yielded, taking a few steps back and placing his butt on the floor. The young kid, as well as his parents, enjoyed the sight. When the baby noticed the dog sitting, she tossed the meal on the floor for the dog to enjoy.
This awesome video proves that even children can get along so well with big pups. Aside from being caring and sweet to everyone, Great Danes are also best as guard dogs. The adorable interaction between the two showed that they are a family full of discipline and love
