Little Boy Decides To Surrender His Beloved Pup To The Shelter Because It Often Got Beaten By His Father

Little Boy Decides To Surrender His Beloved Pup To The Shelter Because It Often Got Beaten By His Father

Paquita Gillis January 16, 2023

Andres, a twelve-year-old boy from Mexico, felt he had no option but to surrender his adorable pit bull puppy to a nearby shelter, despite the fact that doing so would undoubtedly break his heart. He really felt like he had no choice and he had to do it to help his pup.

When employees discovered a puppy that was inside a box and had purposely been abandoned in front of the shelter, they found a note detailing why the puppy’s prior owner had abandoned him. Due to the puppy’s lovely appearance, they were perplexed as to why someone would abandon him. When most of them read Andrés’ message, though, they could not help but feel compassion for the dog and its owner.

As it turned out, the young kid and his mother abandoned the puppy at the shelter in a desperate attempt to save the dog from his abusive father. The pup was beaten by the father of the young child and even sustained a broken tail. The young boy couldn’t stand to see what his father was doing to his beloved pet.

Poor Andrés could not bear to see his pet puppy through such tremendous misery, so he decided to release him. Even if it meant he would never see the puppy again, the young kid was determined to rescue the puppy from his predicament. The only thing that mattered to Andrés was that the pit bull lived a comfortable life away from his cruel father.

The shelter employees were so moved by the note that they were compelled to post the tale on Facebook, where Andrés was hailed as a hero for saving the dog’s life. Many agreed that no dog ever deserves the brutality that the pit bull puppy endured. If pet owners cannot properly care for their animals, they should give them away to someone who does.
