Golden Retriever Loves The Opera, So He Sings With The Tenors On TV!

Golden Retriever Loves The Opera, So He Sings With The Tenors On TV!

Paquita Gillis November 13, 2020

It feels good when we hear our favorite music. Listening to music calms us, and singing along with our favorite songs makes things even better! What’s impressive is that our furbabies are also musically inclined. It’ll surprise you with how they respond to music, how it keeps them calm, and, most significantly, how they also sing along with their preferred tunes!

Owners can’t help but document that priceless moment on camera. We can see countless videos online where you see animals singing. Dogs show a lot of enthusiasm when it comes to music.

In a viral video online, you’ll see a dog named Hugo who doesn’t only sing any song — he sings opera! It’s one of the most incredible sights you’ll see online, and after watching the video, it’ll convince you that even a classical opera singer can never beat this skillful pooch. He is absolutely the greatest singer of all time!

The video begins with the pup sleeping comfortably on the floor while the TV is on. You’ll see opera singers on the screen, headed by Luciano Pavarotti. After a short while, the dog stood up, as if he knows what’s exactly going on. He sat near the TV and slumped on the floor. When you think he’s going to sleep again, he’s not. He immediately sat back and sang with the tenors like he’s part of the performance!

What’s impressive is that he’s totally in character — would lean his head back and belt out powerful sounds. He flawlessly blends with the other singers too.
The charming pup sits and patiently listens to the music until the chorus comes — because that’s his cue. The singers do their part, and Hugo provides his version. He would howl with all his might, and he proves that he can be the fourth member of the group.

Hugo takes singing seriously, and you can see that he’s not distracted. Hugo’s video’s posted on YouTube, and it garnered over 38,000 views and counting and received positive comments. Hugo shows us that dogs are more than our loving companion. They’re also here to entertain us any time of the day.
