Ever since Apollo was adopted as a small puppy, his motto has always been to never give up. Whenever he wants something, he will look for ways to make that happen at any cost, even if getting there would be difficult.
According to Apollo’s mom, Kaity Kimball, he is persistent in terms of anything that he wants. It does not matter if it’s a cookie, a ball, or anything else, and he won’t give up until he finally gets it. This kinda creates trouble, though, when he is trying to slip into the garbage. He will never stop until he finally gets what he wants.
It does not matter at all how challenging the task is. Apollo will always make it happen. When he’s playing fetch, he is always eager to get the ball and finish the assignment – even though catching objects hasn’t come naturally to him.
Kimball said that Apollo hasn’t been able to play real “fetch.” He can catch large toys that are very difficult to miss. He owns a plush pickle toy that is almost the same size as him. That’s one thing that he could catch on the first attempt.
Still, whenever a ball is tossed, Apollo truly tries his best. It might take him quite a bit, but he is always able to catch the ball into his wide mouth eventually.
One month ago, Apollo was determined to play fetch. So, her mom decided to document his attempts to get the ball in slow motion. The results were much more perfect than she had ever imagined.
